Telephone Technologies an organisation with 20 fully trained Full time staff, has been in operation for over 16 years and has 10 years of extensive experience in the education sector.

With over 400 schools currently being serviced by Telephone Technologies in the Metropolitan region the current Directors met with a number of schools to get a better understanding of the requirements and pain points that affect the day to day operation of schools today.

Westall Secondary College,

Telephone Technologies have supported our schools telecommunications for the last 5 years and have been able to provide us with easy to use NEC equipment and excellent training. Our administration staff have found this very helpful and the recent additions of Wireless Headsets to the system means that they can work even more comfortably.  When our recent system came out of lease Telephone Technologies were able to provide the latest NEC SV 8100 System for the same price as the old one so our budget was not affected. Over the past 9 years we have worked with Telephone Technologies to provide our school with our Telephone Systems and Technical Support. As a Special Needs School it is essential that our NEC communication system is working at its best. Jackson School,

Some recent changes at our school meant that we didn’t have communications cabling in our relocatable classrooms at the far end of our school. Telephone Technologies were able to use our existing data  network cabling to provide each of these portable classrooms with an IP telephone handset connecting the new NEC System to our data network enabling us to contact all areas of the school that have a network point. Their technicians were outstanding and extremely helpful in programming our system. We are also able to program the system from our own PC’s  making staff name changes and other program options very simple and cost effective.  As this was a large project we were able to finance a new system with no upfront cost and around $100 a week.
