If you do not have access to our customer portal or you are having issues with your login:
Please call 03 9781 7000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please provide your name, company name and email address.
You will receive an email to activate your portal where you can submit prioritized ticket requests and
Portal access will also allow you to keep track of all your ticket history and submit new tickets on demand.
Alternatively please send an email to one of our support teams below with your name, contact number and detailed description of your fault.
All PABX & IT related requests will receive an automated ticket number.
(Kindly check your junk folder for correspondence if you don’t receive confirmation within 5 minutes).
