John and his team are the reason that we stay with Telstra for our Business. John is always available to help us, and we trust him completely. Sam just installed a new NEC phone system and he was great. It's not very often you come across someone as good as Sam at teltech. We have had Sam for quite a few jobs with teltech and he is so knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. We know if Sam is helping us, all will be ok. Thanks to all at Teltech.

Thank you to John & the team for their service in keeping our school operations up and running. Over the years John has always acted promptly, whether it be the phones have gone down due to power outage & or admin accounts query’s. We recently required a new handset install and John arranged this in a few days. RPS having been very happy with the service overall.

I felt it necessary to take the time to pass on our sincere thanks to all the Teltech ICT management and staff for the seamless implementation and ongoing support of our new NEC system. As we are a very busy Primary School, we needed an experienced provider that could implement a new telephone solution without affecting our existing services and operations. After reviewing other providers, we are extremely happy to have selected Teltech ICT, who successfully migrated us to our new NEC system.

We found Teltech via a Facebook business group, we were having all kinds of issues, and no one locally was able to assist or get to the bottom of the issue. Mark was able to sort out our issues, they knew as did I that there had to be a solution, we just needed someone to want to take the time, and he did. The team at Teltech have been looking after our IT services ever since. We signed up to the service agreement so that we never have to experience the issues we have in the past, and we haven’t. If we have ever had any issues or concerns the team have always gotten back to us in a completely acceptable timeframe, and in small business that matters.
