All pricing is in Australian Dollars ($ AUD). We have endeavoured to ensure that all pricing & information contained on this website is correct and updated regularly. However, we reserve the right to refuse an order, and adjust the terms and conditions if circumstances occur beyond our control, such as sudden price increase from our manufacturers or stock unavailability.
All Service requests are chargeable to the client.
Payments / Refunds
Online Order payments are processed via Direct Bank Transfer. Upon successful checkout an invoice will be issued for payment with our Banking Details in which you would just need transfer funds and use your Order ID for the payment reference. Your order will be shipped upon funds being cleared in our account.
If you have paid us by Direct Bank Transfer, and we don’t have the item in stock, we will notify you the lead time for delivery. You can decide whether to wait or cancel the order and receive a full refund. Full refunds will only be given for conditions set out under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse or the warehouse of a partner distribution channel. If your order has already been dispatched, we reserve the right to invoice for any costs required to re-stock the product(s).
Accepting returns is purely at our discretion. As a guideline, in most cases if you return a product within 14 days of receiving it, and it is still in its original condition, we will charge a minimum 10% re-stocking fee. If the product is deemed not in its original condition or not sellable ‘as new’, then we may at our discretion refuse the return or charge a re-stocking fee up to and including 25%. Freight costs to return the product will be the customer’s responsibility.
Low cost consumables, replacement parts and accessories such as ear cushions, curly cords, ear buds and headbands will not be accepted for return if the packaging has been opened.
Teltech ICT is committed to ensuring your products are delivered as quickly as possible, and on that basis, we select couriers based on convenience and service.
Delivery is offered to all Australian Locations.
If we have stock of your ordered item, it is dispatched from our warehouse within 24hrs of your order.
How much is freight?
All orders incur a $22.55 GST inc Freight and Handling fee regardless of the size of the order, this fee is a non-refundable administration and freight charge.
We do not accept orders from, or ship to, outside of Australia, except on a case-by-case basis and all import and export duties are the customers responsibility.
Can I send to a PO Box?
Only Items weighing up to 3kg, Dimensions: 310 x 405mm are sent via Express Post Medium (3kg) satchels and can be shipped to PO Boxes.
Do I need to be at the delivery address?
Oversized items are sent either via regular (trackable) post or we use a courier (road transport) which requires signing.
Our couriers will not leave items at unattended premises and do no not carry phones to check addresses.
If an address is unattended or cannot be located, goods may be Re-Delivered, this may incur additional costs to you.
Deliveries to home addresses sent via Australia post will be taken to a post office if no one is home and it is the customers responsibility to collect the goods from the post office.
How do I track the status of my order?
