I felt it necessary to take the time to pass on our sincere thanks to all the Teltech ICT management and staff for the seamless implementation and ongoing support of our new NEC system. As we are a very busy Primary School, we needed an experienced provider that could implement a new telephone solution without affecting our existing services and operations. After reviewing other providers, we are extremely happy to have selected Teltech ICT, who successfully migrated us to our new NEC system.
We found Teltech via a Facebook business group, we were having all kinds of issues, and no one locally was able to assist or get to the bottom of the issue. Mark was able to sort out our issues, they knew as did I that there had to be a solution, we just needed someone to want to take the time, and he did.
