Referral Promotion Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  • This referral program is open to current customers of Teltech ICT in good standing.
  • Employees of Teltech ICT and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

Referral Process

  • Referrals must be new customers to Teltech ICT.

  • Referred businesses must sign up for any qualifying IT and Telecommunications services offered by Teltech ICT.

  • The referred business must mention the referrer’s name at the time of sign-up or provide the referrer’s contact information during initial contact.

Reward

  • The referrer will receive a $50 Visa gift card for each successful referral.
  • A referral is considered successful once the referred business has signed a service agreement and completed the first month of service with Teltech ICT.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make, and thus no limit to the number of $50 Visa gift cards a referrer can earn.
  • If multiple person(s) have referred a successful referee the first one to do so will receive the $50 Visa Gift Card.

Gift Card Issuance

  • Gift cards will be issued within 30 days after the referred business completes their first month of service.
  • Gift cards will be sent to the referrer via mail or email, as specified by the referrer.

Promotional Duration

  • This referral program is valid from 22nd July 2024 to 31st December, 2024. Teltech ICT reserves the right to extend or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

General Conditions

  • Teltech ICT reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all referrals and referrers.
  • If a referred business is already in contact with Teltech ICT or has been referred by another individual, the first referral received will be considered valid.
  • Teltech ICT reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any disputes or issues regarding the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Teltech ICT.

Tax Implications

  • Any tax implications related to the referral reward are the sole responsibility of the referrer.
