John Palatsides and Teltech first came to Safetech’s attention three years ago when we were seeking expressions of interest for our landline phone and interest connections at Moe and Mt Waverley. John took the time to understand our specific requirements and formulated a cost-effective solution that leveraged off our existing NEC phone system to satisfy our ITC requirements. John’s team carefully managed the handover from our previous ISP to Telstra at both sites, with no unplanned downtime.
John has continued to give us excellent custom service, going in to bat for Safetech against the might of the Telstra billing department when their invoices were incorrect.
He has tirelessly continued to fight a string of bureaucrats at Telstra in what has turned into a 3-year marathon battle to have our invoices correctly reflect what we signed up for.

I just wanted to touch base to tell you how much I appreciated yours and Adam's help trying to redirect our phone lines in case of a school shutdown. Due to the major works happening at our school it was not a straight forward procedure but at no time did either of you let this bother you. You both persisted until we achieved a positive result. Your knowledgable, efficient and timely work on this is very much acknowledged and appreciated.

I felt it necessary to take the time to pass on our sincere thanks to all the TelTech ICT management and staff for the seamless implementation and ongoing support of our new NEC system. As we are a very busy Primary School, we needed an experienced provider that could implement a new telephone solution without affecting our existing services and operations. Sam just installed a new NEC phone system and he was great.
It's not very often you come across someone as good as Sam at teltech.
We have had Sam for quite a few jobs with teltech and he is so knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. We know if Sam is helping us, all will be ok.
